Raspberry Melomel

Made using yellow gum honey from Victoria’s Otway Ranges that’s been aged in oak for 3 years. Then aged on raspberries for a further 2 months.

This mead is still. It pours bright red with a nose of fresh raspberry. It’s bold with a crisp raspberry tang, complimented perfectly by a rich honey flavour.
