A Caribbean’ish rum, made in the hogo style using amazing Australian molasses. Wild fermented in a barrel, then fermented clean, a tight hearts cut and aged for 2.4yrs in Starwood whiskey experimental barrels.
Aged for 6months on vanilla, orange and star anise.
smooth and spiced, perfect neat, bloomed or with your favorite mixer.
