Made using yellow gum honey from Victoria’s Otway Ranges, collected and spun by Josh at his family home.
Lighter in ABV, this mead is perfect when you feel like something light and bubbly. It’s dry with a delicate, sweet honey flavour.
We use a solera method, so that we can continue releasing aged mead. The majority of this mead has been aged in oak for 3 years.
