A dry cider using foraged apples from the Otway Ranges. 

Using foraged apples found on the side of the roads in the foothills of Victoria's Otway Ranges on Gadubanud country. 

Slowly and naturally fermented over 6 months.

It's bone dry and funky with a crisp apple finish.

No added sugar, acid or sulfites. Just good naturally fermented cider, at its best.
