Our 2023 dry cider is made using a range of organic apples from Glen Loch Apple Farm in the foothills of Victoria's Otway Ranges on Gadubanud country.
Slowly fermented at 16 degrees and aged on raspberries.
It's dry, soft champagne forward cider with sweet raspberry notes.
No added sugar, acid or sulfites. Just good naturally fermented cider, at its best.
