For the discerning cider drinker. Our ciders are dry, organic, naturally fermented, with no added sugar, acid or sulfites.

🍎 Cidre: Locally sourced organic apples from Glen Loch Apple Farm in Victoria’s Otway Ranges on Gadubanud country, fermented in stainless and oak barrels. 

🍎 Roadside Cider: A dry cider using foraged apples found on the side of the roads in the foothills of Victoria's Otway Ranges on Gadubanud country. Slowly and naturally fermented over 6 months.

🍎 Tennessee Cider: A dry cider using organic Akane apples from Glen Loch Apple Farm in Victoria's Otway Ranges on Gadubanud country. Fermented in an oak barrel for 6 months before finishing fermentation in a bourbon barrel for a further 2 months.
