'Nectarine Wild' Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale

An oak-aged golden farmhouse ale aged on nectarines.

We’ve taken our mature oak-aged farmhouse ale and refermented it on nectarines.
It has a lovely juicy nectarine sweetness that’s balanced by the woody and slightly tannic flavours of the oak. The farmhouse yeast adds a pleasant earthiness and a hint of tartness, while the subtle vanilla notes are smooth with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is dry, with a lingering fruity and oaky aftertaste.
