'Discovery' Still Dry Cider

Using Discovery apples from Glen Loch Apple Farm, a local orchard in the foothills of Victoria’s Otway Ranges, we’ve fermented our very first cider. Juli’s organic heritage apples were a rare find and we’re very excited to be working with her.

A still, soft, sweet cider with low acid. A beautiful pink hue comes from the apple flesh itself. This cider is delicate and delicious, best enjoyed with cheese.
