Using apples from Glen Loch Apple Farm, an orchard located on the foothills of Victoria’s Otway Ranges, a stones throw away from our property.
It starts with a soft lanolin funk, followed by flavours of spiced apple and champagne, and finishes with a crisp dry juicy apple.
No added sugar, acid or sulfites. Just good naturally fermented cider, at its best.
